2015-16 Goals
Each sub committee chair has established goals for the 2015-16 school year
Recruitment and Retention
- redefine SMA Alumni and Friends involvement with the St Mike's Fair
- establish a captain for every graduating class (Knights program)
- reach out to the public high schools to obtain alumni contact information of SMA alumnus who went on to public high school
- obtain up to date electronic copntacts for alumnus who went on to CEC, Conwell, Egan Catholic High Schools
Event and Activities
- Host Fall anchor event and Alumni mass
- Host Spring/Summer anchor event and Alumni mass (Possible Green and Gold Theme)
- Initiate Alumni based volunteer program
Communication
- Establish strong social media presence (monthly or weekly postings)
- Create presence on new social media platforms (instagram, snap chat)
- Create presence and recruit connections to LinkedIn page
- Create, establish, and advertise committee web site
- Create signage (banner) for on site events
Fundraising
- Create year long fundraising plan (minimum of 2 engagement activites)
- Establish bank account and investigate funding sources
- Host Fall fundraising event (online store)
- Host Spring/Summer fundraising evevnt (Craft and Vendor Fair)
- Additional Event Added: Organize Sesame Classic participation team for Fundraising (Spring)
- Establish fundraising designee (Scholarship Fund)
